Cancellation & refunds

Standard packages: 80% refund up to 30 days before departure; 50% between 30–15 days; no refund within 14 days.
Flight‑only bookings: Subject to airline rules – we'll help you claim.
Non‑refundable items: Visas, travel insurance premiums, and certain promotional fares.
