We want you to book with confidence. Below you'll find our simple, fair refund terms for travel arrangements booked through Wanderly.
Cancellation & refunds

Free look‑in period: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

Standard packages: 80% refund up to 30 days before departure; 50% between 30–15 days; no refund within 14 days.

Flight‑only bookings: Subject to airline rules – we'll help you claim.

Non‑refundable items: Visas, travel insurance premiums, and certain promotional fares.
Refund process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
